StaffBot began as a simple conversational AI to answer phone calls in a busy medical practice. Given the staffing shortages and other constraints of running a medical practice, we wanted a personable AI to answer calls, provide information and help callers with tasks such as scheduling, prescription renewal, and more. As we explored our own capabilities, we were approached by a number of other industries, struggling with similar challenges. Staffing, reliance on costly hourly staff and processes, and thin margins. Since then, we've been focusing Staffbot on generative and agentic solutions to these industry specific challenges, in Architecture, Healthcare, and Rare Disease.
